The NARHC 2021 Spring Institute will be held at the beautiful
Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk!

NARHC Institutes are put on by the only national association dedicated strictly to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). A wide range of rural health professionals will be in attendance including CEOs, CFOs, Physicians, PAs, NPs, Clinic Managers, Billers & Coders.

Additionally, we are now offering an online course, the Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP), with the final exam live at the conclusion of the NARHC Institute. Room Rates: Under the the room block National Association of Rural Health Clinic, room rates begin at $195/nightThis rate is not guaranteed through 3rd party online booking services.

Reservations: Book your room at COMING SOON, or call 866-837-4213 and reference the National Association of Rural Health Clinic to receive the group rate. Make reservations early as possible. The block will close February 19th, 2021, or when full, whichever comes first.

Overnight Parking: In and out privileges will be extended to overnight guests. Parking rates are subject to change.

Self-Parking: $23.00 / night + tax
Valet Parking: $49 / night + tax

Event App: If registered for the conference, prior to the event you will receive an email from TripBuilder Media with your login information to our Event App. Read and follow the instructions within the email and you could win a $50 Visa gift card! For those who have not used our app previously, this is a vital piece that will enhance your experience at our conference. It will also allow you to have the chance to be entered into the Prize Drawings happening on day 2 of the conference! 

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are not transferable to other events in lieu of a refund.  A substitute attendee is allowed if we are notified in advance.  All cancellations will incur a $25 per person administration fee. To cancel, please fill out this FORM

30+ days prior = 100% refund 14-29 days prior = 50% refund 13 days prior = no refund/no transfer

Exhibitor Fees

NARHC hosts conferences in March and October of every year throughout the United States. Conferences are 2½ days in length and participants can earn CEU/CME credits.

All Sponsorships include the exhibitors table package.

  • Exhibitors $1,000 6’ Draped Table, 2 Chairs (Member) or 1 Chair (NonMember), Food/Beverage, Conference Registration, Internet, Electricity & Participant List. Table location is determined on exhibitor level and the order in which payment was received via check or credit card.
  • Premier Splash Page Sponsor $4,000 - Only 1 available Full Page ad on App (opens up whenever app is opened)!
  • Platinum Sponsors $3,500 - Limited to first 3 paid Logo on Brochure (if received early enough) + 5 min. to address the group.
  • Gold Sponsors $1,500 – Limited to First 10 paid Toolbar ad on the Conference App, rotates on the bottom of every page.
  • Silver Sponsors $1,300 – Limited to First 3 Paid An App Push Notification (Push Notifications are a statement about your org sent to attendees in the App).
